SAMAJ KE SARTHI is a registered society working for charitable, educational and public-welfare purposes. The organisation's stated objects cover education, children's welfare, women's empowerment, human rights awareness, community development, skill development and other activities undertaken for public benefit.

Registered in Delhi under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, the organisation works directly with communities — running training programmes, awareness sessions, learning support and welfare distribution, with documentation and monitoring at every stage.
